Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information MapNexa AI ("we", "us"), available at mapnexaai.com, collects when you use our publishing tool, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name and email address for your MapNexa AI sign-in.
- The videos, titles, captions, descriptions and settings you add for a post.
Information from connected platforms
When you connect an account, the platform shares only what you approve on its login screen:

Technical information
Basic server logs (time, request, error messages) to keep the service working and secure.
2. How we use information
- To publish or schedule the videos you choose, to the accounts you choose, with the settings you choose.
- To show you the status of your posts.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your videos or account data to train AI models.
3. Sharing
We send your videos and post settings only to the platform you choose (TikTok, YouTube or Facebook) when you confirm a post. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless required by law.
4. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted on servers controlled by our team. Video files are kept only until they are published (or the post is cancelled) and are then deleted from our upload storage. Access to the tool is limited to invited team members.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your connected-account tokens until you disconnect the account. When you disconnect, we delete its tokens immediately. You can ask us to delete all of your data by emailing contact@mapnexaai.com; we will do so within 30 days.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect any account in MapNexa AI at any time.
- Revoke access from the platform itself: TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions), Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites).
7. YouTube and Google
MapNexa AI uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. TikTok and Facebook
Posts made through MapNexa AI are also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta's Terms.
9. Children
MapNexa AI is not for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
