How it works

From a finished video to a published post, in five steps.

  1. Sign in to MapNexa AITeam members sign in with the account given to them by the administrator.
  2. Connect your channelPress "Connect TikTok", "Connect YouTube" or "Connect Facebook". You are sent to the platform's own login page, where you approve the access. You can disconnect at any time.
  3. Add a videoChoose the finished video file. The posting screen shows which account it will go to and checks the length the platform allows for that account.
  4. Review the settingsEdit the title and caption, choose the privacy setting yourself (there is no default), choose whether comments are allowed, and disclose commercial content if the video promotes a brand. Watch the preview.
  5. Post or schedulePress Post (or pick a time). The video is only sent after you confirm. You then see the status: uploading, processing, or published. Processing on the platform can take a few minutes.
